Gaming Wall Art Shop products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner, Printify. After your order is placed, it is sent to production, printed, packaged, and shipped directly from the print provider.
Processing Time
Most orders require production time before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, and season.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location, the selected shipping method, and carrier delays. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided if available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Gaming Wall Art Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at GamingArtShop@outlook.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with our print provider when possible.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your poster arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund when eligible.
