Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by GamingWallArtShop are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner, Printify. Because each poster is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or entering the wrong shipping address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at incrediblehoath@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
- A short description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we will work with our print provider to offer a replacement or refund when the item qualifies.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it usually cannot be canceled.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has not arrived or appears lost, please contact us at incrediblehoath@gmail.com. We will review the tracking information and work with our print provider to determine the best resolution.
